Creators suggest a USD base price of $0.99, $1.99, $2.99 or $4.99. EpicX reviews the theme and approves its price. Storefront-localized prices and applicable taxes are shown by the payment provider before purchase.
The creator earns 30% of net receipts after applicable taxes and actual store or payment processing fees. EpicX retains 70%. Gross receipts, deductions and both shares are recorded in integer minor currency units. Estimates are not withdrawable; actual provider proceeds must be reconciled.
Reconciled proceeds become eligible after a 30-day hold from purchase. The minimum is US$10 equivalent after refund offsets. A complete tax profile, verified payout destination and admin approval are required. Author status is not required. Payout costs are disclosed before confirmation.
Refunds reverse the original shares. When the creator has already been paid or proceeds are reserved for a payout, the reversed amount is recorded and offset against future theme earnings. Refunded theme ownership may be revoked; separately earned or purchased ownership is preserved.
Buyers receive a non-transferable theme entitlement on their EpicX account across supported devices. Verified mobile purchases can be restored. Themes must satisfy existing creation eligibility, asset ownership and moderation requirements. Creators retain rights in their original work and authorize EpicX to distribute approved themes to purchasers.
POP purchases do not create creator earnings. Existing platform themes, inventory, paid balances and already-earned rewards are preserved. Submitting a theme under these terms records the accepted terms version.
