EpicX Creator Theme Terms

Version: themes-flex-price-v3

Prices and earnings

Creators suggest a USD base price. EpicX approves it and may update catalog prices after approval. The EC price is calculated from the standard EC purchase reference, rounded to a whole EC; discounts apply to the EC amount. Existing purchases keep their original price and earnings. Local cash prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

For EC purchases, the creator earns 50% of the EC actually paid and EpicX retains 50%. Creator discounts apply to EC prices only; earnings use the discounted price. Discounted prices round up to whole EC with a minimum of 1 EC.

EC earnings are held in a separate payout balance. They cannot be spent, transferred to a spending wallet or used for purchases. The author EC withdrawal rate in effect when the sale is made is recorded for that sale; the payout value is rounded to the nearest US cent.

For direct cash purchases, the creator earns 30% of net receipts after applicable taxes and actual store or payment fees. EpicX retains 70%. Estimated cash proceeds cannot be withdrawn until confirmed.

Payouts and refunds

Earnings have the same five-day hold as author EC earnings, measured from purchase. The minimum theme payout is US$10 equivalent after refund offsets. A complete tax profile, verified payout destination and admin approval are required; author status is not required. Payout costs are shown before confirmation.

Refunds reverse the original earnings. If earnings were already paid or reserved, the reversal offsets future theme earnings. Refunded ownership may be revoked; independently earned or purchased ownership is preserved.

Ownership and submission

Buyers receive a non-transferable theme entitlement on their EpicX account across supported devices. Verified mobile cash purchases can be restored. Creators must meet creation eligibility, asset ownership and moderation requirements. Creators retain rights in their original work and authorize EpicX to distribute approved themes.

Platform-owned POP themes remain available. POP spending creates no creator payout. Existing purchases and already-earned rewards are preserved.
